If the cryptocurrencies are sitting in your trading account, you will require to move them to Fusang Custody first, only then you can transfer them to an external wallet.
STEP 1: Move cryptocurrencies from Fusang Exchange to Custody
- In the Portfolio tab (1), select the cryptocurrencies you want to withdraw (2), then select ''Move to custody'' (3)
- Input the desired withdrawal amount (4)
- Click on the ''Submit transfer'' button (5)
- Input the 2FA code and confirm the transfer
- The transfer will be reflected under the Custody Balance column in your Portfolio once the request has been approved by Fusang

STEP 2: Transfer cryptocurrencies out from Fusang Custody to external wallet*
- In the navigation bar of your Fusang account, click on the Withdrawal tab (1).
- Select the cryptocurrency that you would like to withdraw in the Asset dropdown menu (2)
- Input the recipient wallet address (3).
- Input the desired withdrawal amount (4).
- The transfer will incur a network fee charged by the Blockchain and will be auto calculated (5)
- Click the confirm button to submit the withdrawal request (6)
*The transfer will incur a network fee which is charged by the Blockchain. Please ensure your wallet has sufficient fund to bear the fee before the transfer, if not the transfer will be rejected.
